Day #1 - Group #22

Day #1 – Group #22

 Question 1: My group consist or Garrett Schneider, Joe Fimian, Cameron Dobbs, and myself Johnny Balok. We decided to be in a group together because we are all hard working and none of us will slack off. 

Question 2: Our initial plan to fulfill the objective of launching the golf ball at a given distance is that the golf ball will be place on a track near the top of our board and when hit by a domino, the ball will roll down a track and off an adjustable ramp onto the plate. No matter what the distance is we plan on the golf ball having the same velocity going into the launch. We will simply change the angle of the ramp depending of the given distance which will allow the ball to land on the plate.

Question 3: We anticipate facing many challenges throughout the process of building our Rube Goldberg project. While we have many creative ideas, we anticipate that some of our ideas might not work and we may become frustrated. We will have to be patient throughout this process and keep cool heads. Another issue that could become present is that while Garrett and I are in the same class and can work together, Cameron and Joe are in different classes. There might be some communication struggles between us but we intend to work together in free periods along with before and after school which can solve this issue.
