Day 3 Group #41
Day 3:
1. So far, we've had to make glue globs at the end of some of the inclined planes so that our marble doesn't completely fly off each one subsequently. Also, we had to modify certain parts of our overall schematics.
2. Some other challenges are like how we had our pulley taken from our bin by another group (unknown) and Jack of course is out due to a major car accident. He's in our prayers.
3. Two other physics concepts are that of friction and conduction. The friction is demonstrated by the original marble as it travels along the path of the wooden inclined planes, and the. conduction is demonstrated by a metal marble falling in between two electrical wires, connecting the current and hence providing light to a lightbulb. It's able to do that because metal is a basic conductor of electricity.
