A) Our original design consisted of some incline planes leading to a big section of marble tracks. We realized that took up to much room and brought the marble to close to the bottom of our board and it was too hard to continue anything else of of that. So we added a second board to perpendicular to the first and used tubes to continue the marble track from the first to the second board and extend our time.
B) Some big challenges we faced are the sizes of our boards makes it it hard to make a very time consuming project. We also have a lot of very good ideas that we make and don't end up working.
C) One physics concept we relied on throughout our project is acceleration due to gravity. Gravity has been so influential because almost all we have had so far is incline and planes and tracks for a marble. Gravity has caused the ball to flow through our intricate designs. Other than that we really only used energy transfers and simple machine in our project so far.
