Group 23 post 1

My group consists of Luke Kelley, Griffin Scott, Fed "Rico" Pier, and myself, Connor Garvey. We decided to work together because we have in previous projects and have been successful. Also we all have the same physics class period making it easy to get a lot done on class together. We also have a good friendship bond which allows us to discuss with each other without arguing. Our initial loan is to launch a marble either 30, 50, or 70 centimeters after completing five energy transfers. To actually launch the marble, we are going to have a weight dropped onto one side of a lever with a marble on the other size and adjust the height according to how high Mr. Golab asks us to launch it. My group anticipates the challenge of not making the marble run through the simple machines for an entirety of one minute. The time we have to make the project could be another issue. Another issue could be figuring out how exactly the machines work and putting them together in order to connect them and make them work together as one unit.
